I am interested in hiring a Life Coach but I'm not sure about spending the money. How can I be sure it will be worth it?

What a great question! Feeling concerned about investing the money in coaching shows me you are mindful with your finances and that is important. Here are a few ways you can be sure to get back your return with coaching:
  1. Interview your coach and make sure it is a great fit. The coach should also be clear it is a good fit and can refer you to someone else if your needs are better met elsewhere.  As a coach, I know that if the relationship does not meet my client's needs, it will not work for me either!
  2. Coaching is an investment in yourself.  How rarely we have the opportunity to pause life and spend time gaining clarity and moving forward with powerful intention. Seeing the value of your own time in self-reflection  and showing up with your whole self is key.
  3. Clearly communicate your expectations with both yourself and your coach. Most people don't get what they want because they aren't clear about what they want.
  4. You can be sure coaching will be worth it if you follow through with your intentions. You are the one that makes it all happen!
  5. I will leave you with this final question: How much is living a life in alignment with your values and feeling deeply fulfilled worth to you?
